C2B, or Consumer-to-Business, is a business model where end individuals (consumers) create value and businesses consume that value. For example, a freelance graphic designer who offers services to businesses, a customer providing feedback or reviews about a product, or a customer selling their own goods or services on a platform like eBay or Etsy, all represent C2B transactions. In a C2B model, the customer or user sets the price or has a significant influence on price negotiations, unlike traditional B2C models where the business sets the prices and consumers decide whether or not to accept them.
