Important Note on Data Collection from Third-Party Websites:
PricingCraft LLC does not collect or process Personal Data from third-party websites or sources for its core price monitoring Service. Our data collection from third-party sites focuses exclusively on public, non-personal data such as product prices, specifications, and availability. We do not intentionally collect or process any special categories of Personal Data (e.g., racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, or health data). Please do not submit such data via the Service or configure the Service to collect such data from third-party sources.

3. How We Use Data and Our Role as Controller/Processor

- To Provide, Maintain, and Improve our Service: This includes managing your account, providing technical support, and ensuring the Service’s functionality. For this purpose, we act as a Data Controller for your Account and Contact Data, Service Usage Data, and Payment and Billing Information.
- To Process Licensee Content: If your Licensee Content contains Personal Data, we will process it solely according to your instructions to deliver the Service. For this purpose, we act as a Data Processor, and you remain the Data Controller of such Personal Data.
- To Authenticate Users and Manage Accounts: To allow you to access and manage your account. (Controller)
- To Process Payments and Issue Invoices: To manage your subscriptions and billing. (Controller)
- To Respond to Support Requests: To provide assistance and resolve issues you may encounter. (Controller)
- To Send Service-Related Communications: To inform you about updates, maintenance, or important notices regarding the Service. (Controller)
- To Comply with Legal Obligations: To meet our legal and regulatory requirements. (Controller)
We collect and process only the Personal Data that is necessary and relevant for the purposes described in this Policy.
